CHALLENGES:

Staying as close to our vision and concept for the dinner as possible while working within the parameters set by the client.

Pain points?

A failed partnership with Park House and a missed opportunity to connect with the affluent Dallas community.

Worst-case scenario?

Solutions tried before the final?

Working within budget, our final execution featured about 80% of our original plan.

Now Showing:

Watch a sizzle reel of our Opening Ceremony dinner.

FOCAL POINTS:

How did they find out about it?

Promotion via Park House Dallas.

Who was involved in the decision making process?

CFAL, Park House Dallas

What was most important?

Creative direction, food and beverage, talent curation, Olympic touchpoints.

RESULTS:

Any qualitative results / intrinsic benefits of note?

We were able to meet a cool crop of Park House members who spoke of a desire to have more events in the vein of the dinner. The connections made and the brand visibility will support future endeavors we pursue.

What made it work?

A great initial concept, great communication with our partners, and great timing for the concept at hand.

Did the implementation meet our standards?

Yes!

How long did it take?

2 months.

Please keep in touch and let me know the next time you do an event. Maybe we’ll come down to Austin.
