INDUSTRIES:

MUSIC, MIXOLOGY, CUISINE, FILM, PRIVATE CLUBS, CONTEMPORARY ART

LOCATION:

PRIVATE RESIDENCE (AUSTIN, TX.)

CAPACITY:

150

TIMEFRAME:

3 MONTHS

CHALLENGES:

Scaling a robust slate of experiences to fit the dynamic of the venue and the guest list while also highlighting the virtues of the Atelier membership, financial support, communication to members and guests.

Pain points?

A missed opportunity to create a proof of concept for Cool House, a missed opportunity to promote the Atelier membership.

Worst-case scenario?

Solutions tried before the final?

We originally planned on a much larger scope, but we dutifully adjusted to accommodate our resources without skimping on the quality of the elements involved in the final version of the event.

Now Showing:

Watch a sizzle reel of our inaugural Cool House event.

FOCAL POINTS:

How did they find out about it?

Dedicated comms to Atelier members, Partiful event page, word of mouth.

Who was involved in the decision making process?

CFAL, Joseph Design Build, Bacardi

What was most important?

Securing the venue, cocktails, and performances, and ensuring that guests were acclimated to the platform and had an enjoyable experience.

RESULTS:

Any qualitative results / intrinsic benefits of note?

Current Atelier members were able to experience the taste level associated with the brand, network with fellow members and prospective members, and enjoy an ambience that was high in taste level. Prospective members and guests were introduced to our brand standards and many signed up on the spot to join the club.

What made it work?

A great initial concept and clear structuring of our goals that allowed us to make pivots with minimal administrative adjustments.

Did the implementation meet our standards?

Yes!

How long did it take?

3 months.

I’m in support of everything ya’ll do. Just let me know when and where and I’m there.
