TIMEFRAME:

CHALLENGES:
Pain points?
We had a little over two weeks to pull together a fully-scaffolded two-day pop up experience, complete with a full marketing rollout, vendor onboarding, sponsorship procurement, rentals, and contracts.
Worst-case scenario?
A failed partnership with Armadillo World Headquarters and a missed opportunity to connect with potential Atelier members, current supporters, and other notable members of the creative community.
Solutions tried before the final?
We originally planned to do a 5-6 day sprint of events with 2-3 experiences per day.
FOCAL POINTS:
How did they find out about it?
Nick Shuley, founder of ALL ATX
Who was involved in the decision making process?
CFAL, Armadillo World Headquarters
What was most important?
Creative direction, food and beverage, talent curation, hometown talent, paying artists fairly and early.
RESULTS:
Any qualitative results / intrinsic benefits of note?
Previous supporters in attendance were congratulatory and appreciative of our upward trajectory experience to experience. New connections were highly inquisitive about the Atelier platform, and brands and businesses were able to see our brand name aside our curation.
What made it work?
Great local partnerships, unique marketing collateral, impassioned storytelling through curation.
Did the implementation meet our standards?
Yes!
How long did it take?
3 weeks.
