Design: NEOM Epicon Towers (Saudi Arabia)

NEOM, the futuristic development situated in northwest Saudi Arabia, unveils its latest destination, Epicon. Renowned for projects like The LINE, NEOM introduces this latest luxury tourism destination as it continues to shape the landscape with its avant-garde mega-cities. With both residential and hotel programming, this unveiling marks another step toward the group’s goals of redefining the standards of hospitality and architecture in Saudi Arabia. 

Punctuating the Gulf of Aqaba, Epicon will emerge from NEOM’s desert expanse, designed to resemble a glistening mirage on the horizon. The property will comprise two futuristic towers, one soaring to 225 meters (740 feet) and the other reaching 275 meters (900 feet). It will bring a luxury 41-key hotel and fourteen suites and apartments — all neighboring an Epicon resort, which will comprise an additional 120 rooms and 45 beachfront residential villas.
